Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Su.Crystals Wholesale. We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • During sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Su.Crystals Wholesale is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your shipping information before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact both the shipping carrier and our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives with missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the package and items received, if applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
