How long does it take to process my order?

How long does shipping take?

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return. Items must be unused, uncut, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Email Su.crystals@gmail.com with your order number to start. Sale items are final sale.

Why doesn't my crystal or bead look exactly like the photo?

Many of our products are made from natural gemstones, crystals, pearls, shells, and other natural materials.

Every piece is unique, so slight differences in:

Color
Pattern
Shape
Size
Texture
Natural inclusions

are completely normal and are not considered defects.

Do colors look exactly like the website photos?

We do our best to accurately photograph every product.

However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, and individual screen displays.

Do you sell retail?

Su.Crystals Wholesale primarily serves businesses, jewelry makers, crafters, and resellers. We also host retail livestreams on TikTok at @su.crystals.diy. Check our TikTok profile for the live schedule.

$8.99 flat rate on orders under $100; FREE shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more. Applies to U.S. orders and supported international destinations shown at checkout. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. International customers are responsible for applicable duties or import fees.
