How long does it take to process my order?

How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?

My package says delivered, but I can't find it.

  • With neighbors

  • Your local post office or shipping carrier

If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us for additional assistance.


Do you accept returns?

Due to the wholesale nature of our products, we have a 30 day window for product returns

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We'll work with you to provide an appropriate solution.


Why doesn't my crystal or bead look exactly like the photo?

Many of our products are made from natural gemstones, crystals, pearls, shells, and other natural materials.

Every piece is unique, so slight differences in:

  • Color

  • Pattern

  • Shape

  • Size

  • Texture

  • Natural inclusions

are completely normal and are not considered defects.


Do colors look exactly like the website photos?

We do our best to accurately photograph every product.

However, colors may vary slightly due to lighting, camera settings, and individual screen displays.


Do you sell retail?
