Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During sales events or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 3–12 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–15 business days (processing + shipping).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at Su.crystals@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your information before your order ships.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We proudly ship to many countries worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country's customs office.
